Grid Heater upgrade kit for Ram 2007.5-2024 Cummins 6.7

The Grate Heater Upgrade Kit is specially designed to remedy a major failure of the 6.7 L Cummins engine that can lead to total engine destruction. The problem lies in the electrical connection to the intake grid heater. When power is supplied to the network heater, 200 amperes pass through a small bolt and nut inside the intake and, over time, are known to deteriorate and eventually arc and break. This nut falls into the engine, causing significant damage to the piston, head and valves. Several solutions are currently on the market to solve this problem, but they involve costly upgrades. They significantly reduce the heat available to the engine and usually require tuning, or they don't work well in cold climates. This kit upgrades this faulty electrical circuit by eliminating the problematic bolts and nuts inside the intake while retaining the radiator's original functionality, and is cost-effective and easy to install.
