Return policy

Transmission Dionne is committed to providing the highest quality products and exemplary customer service. To ensure proper processing of all return requests, please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Warranty

Our transmissions and torque converters are covered by a 1-year, unlimited mileage warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Electronic modules, sensors, solenoids and other electronic parts are covered by a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, overvoltage or short-circuiting.

This warranty does not cover :

  • Damage caused by improper installation, lack of maintenance or misuse;
  • Products modified, dismantled or used for competition purposes;
  • Labor, transportation, towing or other indirect costs.

For all warranty claims, you must contact us before returning the product to obtain precise processing instructions.

2. Return conditions

No returns will be accepted without first contacting us for authorization. Products must meet the following criteria:

  • Be identical to the part purchased (same model, part number and application);
  • Be complete, repairable and free of major defects;
  • Be drained of all fluids and properly packaged to prevent leakage or damage during transport;
  • Be returned in the original box or packaging whenever possible.

Transmission Dionne reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.

3. Return times

  • Parts and cores must be returned within 45 days of purchase;
  • No refunds or credits will be issued after this time, unless otherwise agreed;
  • After 1 year, no core refund will be possible.

4. Inspection and possible deductions

Upon receipt, all returned parts are inspected. Deductions may apply if :

  • The product is incomplete, damaged, rusty or non-rebuildable;
  • Packaging is inadequate or has been damaged in transit;
  • The returned product is the wrong type.

Decisions taken after inspection are final.

5. Shipping returns

  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise specified in writing by Transmission Dionne;
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service;
  • Transmission Dionne is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds (or core credits) are processed within 20 working days of receipt and inspection of the product;
  • Refunds are issued on the original method of payment;
  • No refunds will be made for parts deemed non-rebuildable or non-compliant.

7. Non-returnable products

The following items are neither exchangeable nor refundable:

  • Electronic products (modules, sensors, TCMs, solenoids, etc.);
  • Maintenance parts used (filters, seals, oils, etc.);
  • Clothing and promotional items;
  • Products damaged after receipt by the customer.

9. Discretion

Transmission Dionne reserves the right to reject any return or warranty claim that does not comply with the above conditions. All inspection decisions are final and without appeal.
